I enjoyed the beach access and found the staff to be friendly throughout my stay. One evening, I had a nice time at the tiki bar, which served food and drinks right by the pools.

The units were outdated, with worn furniture and a lacking supply of kitchen items. I also noticed some cleanliness issues when I arrived, which needed attention.

The heated pool was fantastic and the beach access was perfect. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the noise from other guests was quite bothersome at night. The staff was friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable despite some drawbacks.

We had a splendid time! The ocean view from our suite was delightful, and Dominick sorted our room snafu in a jiffy. Plus, the location was right by the beach!

The elevators were a bit dramatic, like a soap opera with doors that just wouldn't stay shut. Also, I wish I'd brought a bellhop to help with all our bags!

Fantastic stay with a family-friendly layout in the two-bedroom suite, providing ample space for our toddler to play. The convenience of public beach access nearby was a major plus, along with the full kitchen amenities in the room. Customer service exceeded expectations, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. However, some aspects could be improved. the beach access directly from the hotel was closed, and the decor felt somewhat dated. Also, the outdoor areas could use a bit of maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

This was an excellent fit for a short stay in New Smyrna Beach with fantastic value for money. The beach access was great, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise right from our condo. Keep an eye out for the rocket launches nearby. they're quite a show!

The two-bedroom suite was super spacious and clean. It had a nice kitchenette with most of the essentials, though we struggled with the coffee maker. The balcony gave us partial ocean views, which were pretty relaxing. The bed was comfy, and it was great having room for our son to play around. The pool area was nice too. Just a heads up, the beach access from our building was a bit of a walk, but not a dealbreaker.

My children wanted more beach toys available for rent.

Unfortunately, the walls are paper-thin, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to intrude on your peace. The air conditioning unit runs cold but is louder than a starship's hyperdrive, making sleep difficult. The furniture appears outdated, with stained and worn-out pieces, and there's a lack of basic amenities like an ice machine or proper laundry facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the comfy bed and the beach access right outside. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and we loved lounging in the sun. The only issue was the noise from the other rooms, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 🌊
